Returning to harbor, acrylic, 21x30cm (framed 36x45cm)
This painting, one of a series of sunsets, was inspired by seeing an early work by Anselm Kiefer. There is something deeply appealing about a boat silhouetted against a dramatic sunset. We too will return to harbor in the setting sun.
