This ceramic assemblage is entitled 'Fool on a hill'. It is an expression of my occasional appearance as a shaman leading a local wassailing ceremony. the roles we play in life are inter-changeable like the parts of this sculpture. The hill when upturned becomes a blue-green pool which can contain water and out of which either or both figures can emerge.
Fool on a hill: height (as shown) 30cm
