Mindscape

This is one of a series of Mindscapes. A 'Mindscape' is what I call a painting that summons up a landscape or seascape of the imagination, such as Dali, Rousseau, or Claude Lorraine painted. This Mindscape is a large painting inspired by late  LS Lowry seascapes, which showed me the sea need not be blue. I have also made a smaller version of this picture in paint and pastels, 21x30cm.
